Our Company’s Ordering and Delivery Process
To begin the process of moving your business from traditional lighting to LED technology, we perform a physical analysis of your property’s interior and exterior. We count the fixtures, note the current wattage and type of lamps currently in use, height of the light fixtures, and amount of light reaching the ground level. This helps us provide a quote and determine which LED lamps you need to order.
We also contact your electric company to determine if there are any incentives or rebates available for switching to energy-efficient LED lighting. These rebate formulae are generally based on the kilowatts reduced and the type of lamp that is being replaced.
After determining the exact LED products you need, we sign a contract with you and require a 50% deposit before the order is placed. The remainder is paid upon delivery or completion if we are installing.
